Can I track sessions on my PC/Laptop?
Yes, with an active subscription on the Session Mate mobile app, sessions can be tracked on app.sessionate.ai by logging in with credentials (Phone Number/Email). The PC/Laptop activity will automatically sync with the Mobile App in the background.
Why do I need Active Mobile App Subscription?
An active Mobile App Subscription ensures credits are always synced across all devices and platforms. The Credit System comprises 4 types of credits: Bonus Credits, Subscription Credits, Top Up Credits, and Referral Credits.
What are Credits and how does this Credit System work?
Credits are the currency in which the Session Mate platform operates. Some features are completely free. Other features have a cost and require a minimum credit balance to ensure fair usage and manage scale. Subscription Credits cover a reasonably thorough usage of every feature in the Session Mate platform and are included in the monthly subscription. Top Up Credits can be purchased if the credit balance falls below a minimum threshold. Bonus Credits are received automatically upon signing up. Referral Credits are one-time rewards for referring other users.
What do you mean by Goal Tracking and how is it done?
Goal Tracking is a key feature in Session Mate. Therapists/Educators can initiate the process by selecting a session type, choosing the child, and 'Check-In' to the session. Once the session is completed or at the end of the day, Therapists/Educators can 'Check-out' of the session, providing feedback for their respective goals along with any subjective feedback. This entire process is referred to as Goal Tracking.
